OUR STRUCTURE

House of Denim is an independent, not-for-profit foundation registered with the Dutch foundations register and chamber of commerce. Our funding comes from education partners such as ROCvA, sponsorships & contributions from brands and donations from family offices and foundations.  

As of 2020, all education activities, facilities and programming in Amsterdam are run by House of Denim; activities and venues in Sao Paulo are organised by the Denim City SP team, who operate in partnership with and under license from Amsterdam.

Our retail and licensing operations are organised in a separate ‘BV' called Denim City BV, the profits of which are allocated towards specific House of Denim projects and investments.
